We're sad to pass along that James "Win" Porter, who ably served Dawson & Associates and our clients from 2002 to 2005, passed away recently. Win's specialty involved water resources policy, with a focus on recycling and environmental responsibility. He was a valued member of our firm and he had an impact on environmental policy nationally and in the Middle East.
