Dawson & Associates is pleased to announce that Ada Benavides, who was recently a US Army Corps of Engineers senior leader on policy, strategy, program, and project management at Corps headquarters, has joined our firm.
Ada is a recognized specialist in Corps policies and procedures and her leadership was essential to overseeing policy development on multiple $10+ billion Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) authorizations. She is also an expert on WRDA implementation guidance and while in government service, she represented the Corps of Engineers as a Governor on the World Water Council Board of Governors.
Ada will be a senior advisor for Dawson & Associates and she will advise clients on matters involving Corps of Engineers permitting, regulatory, and operations and procedures.
