Dawson & Associates is delighted to welcome Mike Ensch, who oversaw Section 10 and Section 404 permitting for the Army Corps of Engineers from 2007 to 2012.
Mike’s 40 years experience with the Corps includes five years as Chief, Operations and Regulatory, He also has extensive experience overseeing Corps operations and maintenance activities and the Regulatory permitting process.
During Mike’s tenure overseeing Sections 10 and 404 permit applications, he also oversaw:
The first update of the Corps nationwide permit program,
Negotiations with EPA on excavation and definition of fill, and
Revisions to the mitigation rule.
