With the coming of spring, we’ll take time out from policy analysis to pass along these photos of watercolors recently painted by our colleague Art Williams. Art joined us in 2003 after more than 30 years in the Army Corps of Engineers including 4 years (1992 to 1996) as Commanding General.
Since becoming a civilian, Art has pursued painting with the same spirit in which he pursued military life. He’s sold about 600 paintings during the past 18 years. We hope you enjoy these two.
By the way, the title of this blog comes from Shakespeare’s “Timon of Athens.”
