Theodore “Tab” Brown, former Corps of Engineers Chief of Programs Integration, joins Dawson

Dawson & Associates is pleased to announce that Theodore A. “Tab” Brown  has joined the firm as a Senior Advisor.  During his 42 years in the US Army Corps of Engineers, including 25 years in senior executive positions, Tab led teams that oversaw some of the highest levels of Corps policy and procedures.


Tab's extensive senior-level experience at the Corps of Engineers includes: 


  • Chief of Programs Integration, Corps Headquarters. Tab oversaw the office with principal responsibility for budget and execution of annual and supplemental appropriations. This office also developed Civil Works programming involving construction, flood risk and environmental infrastructure. 


  • Chief of Planning and Policy, Corps Headquarters. For 9 years, Tab oversaw formation and coordination of Army Civil Works policy with Congress. This included development of Water Resources Development (WRDA) Acts and delivery of Chief of Engineers Reports.
