Dawson & Associates is proud to announce that Kamau Sadiki, whose extensive knowledge of federal hydropower policy and operations stems from 38 years in the Army Corps of Engineers, has joined our firm as a Senior Advisor.
Kamau’s career with the Corps of Engineers includes more than a decade as National Hydropower Business Line Manager at Corps Headquarters. During this time, he was responsible for the program’s strategic direction, policy, and infrastructure management. In 2010 he directed development of the Corps’ Hydropower Modernization Initiative, a 20-year asset management strategy to assess power plant operations.
In 2017, he was awarded the Bronze Order of the de Fleury Medal by the Army Engineer Association in recognition of his career achievements.
Kamau is a graduate of Howard University and has a degree in civil engineering.
