Dawson & Associates welcomes Linda Morrison to the team.
(Washington, DC) – Dawson & Associates is delighted to welcome Linda Morrison to our team.
Linda’s experience includes service as the Assistant Secretary of the Army’s liaison to the Corps of Engineers and the Office of Management and Budget for the Civil Works National Program. While serving on a detail as the Chief of the Regulatory Program, she implemented the Corps’ Mitigation Rule, established a coordination process for the Alaska Natural Gas Transportation Project, and developed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission involving power plant expansions.
While serving as Chief of Operations Division Savannah District, Linda led a $180 million Civil Works Program including issues relating to navigation, hydropower, and flood control. She served on the Executive Board for the Savannah Harbor Expansion Project.
She is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers.
