Gary Loew
Dawson & Associates is honored to welcome Gary Loew, who spent six years as Chief of the U.S. Army’s Civil Works’ Programs Integration Division, to our firm.
Gary’s experience with the Army Corps of Engineers includes service as both a military officer and civilian leader. This has given him significant first-hand knowledge of the planning, design, construction, and operation of Corps projects worldwide.
As head of the Programs Integration Directorate, Gary was responsible for preparing the annual Civil Works budget, managing its defense within the Administration and before Congress, and managing program execution Corps-wide. He was also responsible for the training and development of all Corps Program and Project Managers.
Previously, Gary was Director, Programs Management for the Corps Southwestern Division.
He has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science from the University of Washington.
