Tom has more than 30 years experience in environmental management at the Environmental Protection Agency.
Tom’s expertise covers scientific and technical management, budgeting, enforcement and compliance, biological and chemical environmental emergency response, hazardous waste site cleanup, and terrorism response processes.
For nearly 20 years since its inception, Tom successfully directed the Superfund hazardous waste site cleanup program in the Mid-Atlantic states. He was responsible for more than 500 complete cleanups. He also oversaw successful negotiated resolutions of dozens of situations involving air, water and hazardous waste cleanup.
