Sam Collinson has more than 50 years experience with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers regulatory program, including 26 years in the national regulatory program.
As a Chief, Policy Development Section, Sam had primary responsibility for development of Corps Regulatory Program regulations and policy guidance. He oversaw development of regulations coveringHe oversaw development of regulations covering:

Sam also established and managed the Corps of Engineers' regulatory training program, serving as an instructor. He was also the Corps Federal Register Liasion Officer.
Prior to his experience at USACE Headquarters, Sam held positions in the Corps Philadelphia and Baltimore Districts.
Since leaving federal service, he has assisted clients involved with mining, transportation, housing & community development, airports, and energy.
