Barrie Heinzenknecht brings to Dawson & Associates more than thirty years of private sector experience involving the National Environmental Policy and Clean Water Acts.
During his environmental consulting career, Barrie has been responsible for regultory compliance on numerous major engineering and environmental projects. His specialty includes federal policies on water resources, energy, waterfront development and transportation.

Successfully handled FERC license applications for a 2,000 megawatt pumped storage hydroelectric project in New Jersey and the Lake Livingston hydroelectric project in Texas
