Marc focuses on energy related issues for Dawson and Associates including policy and regulatory matters, development planning, permitting, drilling, completions, and production operations. He is an expert in strategic leadership, planning and complex program management. Marc is active in national security affairs including past service on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Fort Worth World Affairs Council and Co-Chairmanship for the North Texas Army Advisory Board.

Vice President, US Operations, Hillwood International Energy, Fort Worth. Led planning and execution for a $500 million Barnett Shale gas development project. Oversaw all aspects of permitting, drilling, completions, production, facility/pipeline construction, and safety.
Chief of Staff, Hillwood Development Company, Plano. Reported directly to Ross Perot, Jr. Involved in all aspects of real estate and energy related business operations. Commander (CEO) 937th Engineer Group, Fort Riley, KS and Baghdad, Iraq. Led a 3,000 person construction organization with $500 million in capital assets. Responsible for more than 1000 active construction projects in the Baghdad area following the 2003 ground war.
