KYLE E. SCHILLING , P.E.
Kyle E. Schilling is a Senior Advisor with over thirty years of planning experience in water and environmental resources with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) from which he retired as Director of its Institute for Water Resources (IWR) in the Washington, DC, area after a decade in that position, where he was responsible for the conduct of national and regional studies and projections involving research, policy, and planning matters. He has since continued to be active in professional non-profit activities and editorial boards, both domestic and international, and has authored a number of papers on water and natural resources planning and policy.
He held prior planning positions with IWR and with USACE’s North Atlantic Division and its Baltimore District.
Mr. Schilling holds several awards, including from the American Society of Civil Engineers. He has a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and is a registered professional engineer in the State of Nebraska.
