THOMAS A. READINGER

THOMAS A. READINGER is a Senior Advisor with over thirty years of experience with the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) from which he retired as Associate Director for the Offshore Minerals Management Program (OMM) of DOI’s Minerals Management Service (MMS).  He was responsible for program direction, focusing on the nation’s energy needs, ocean environmental protection, and fair market value for public resources.  Other experience in prior DOI positions included OMM’s program operations for the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS), the OCS leasing programs, and as an economist developing bidding systems.

Mr. Readinger holds departmental service awards, including the Presidential Rank Award for Meritorious Executive Service.  He has a B.S. degree in Business Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MA degree in Economics from American University.
