NEWTON KLEMENTS

Newton Klements, Senior Advisor, formerly an attorney with over 32 years federal legal experience, 30 with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and most recently as Principal Deputy Chief Counsel for the new U.S. Transportation Security Administration from which he retired. His extensive Corps of Engineers legal experience and responsibilities encompassed military and civil works programs, culminating as Deputy Chief Counsel in the Corps Headquarters. Previous positions included District Counsel for the New York District and Division Counsel for the North Atlantic Division. He also served in the Near East for two years.

Mr. Klements holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University and J.D. and L.L.M. degrees from Fordham University and New York University respectively.
