CARSON W. "PETE" CULP, JR.
CARSON W. “PETE” CULP, JR. is a Senior Advisor with over thirty years of experience with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) from which he retired as an Assistant Director. Various responsibilities included initiatives to improve management of oil, gas, coal, and renewable energy resources under the National Energy Plan, in coordination with other Department of Interior Bureaus, the U.S. Forest Service, and EPA. Other experience involved responsibilities for national realty services, including on-shore Federal minerals. Earlier positions focused on financial management and budgeting. He is presently President of a Land Trust with conservation objectives.
Mr. Culp has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
