SAM COLLINSON

Sam Collinson is an Advisor with over thirty years of experience with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), including twenty-six years of national water resources regulatory experience in Headquarters USACE.  Prior positions were with the Philadelphia and Baltimore Districts of the Corps.  He has been in private practice since 2002.

Mr. Collinson holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.
